Kenyan billionaire Jayesh Saini has received approval from the Competition Authority of Kenya to acquire a controlling stake in ABC Bank, which has 12 branches and about Sh50 billion in assets.
The exact stake and purchase price have not been disclosed, and the deal still requires CBK approval.
