Uganda is accelerating the process of formalizing its citizens living and working in Kenya by helping them obtain proper identification and documentation.

This initiative follows Kenya's announcement to ban foreigners from owning small businesses, a move that targets African migrants involved in such enterprises.

Ugandan agencies, including the High Commission in Nairobi, are specifically assisting nationals employed, studying, or conducting business in Kenya.

Possession of Ugandan identification is now emphasized as it enables legal work and business operations in Kenya. #Uganda
