Governor Kimani Wamatangi continues to expand access to clean and reliable water across Kiambu County through the installation of a new solar-powered borehole in Komo, Gatuanyaga Ward, Thika Constituency.
The borehole is among 152 drilled and equipped by the county government over the past four years to improve water access for residents. So far, the county government has facilitated 150,000 new water connections through boreholes and an extensive 1,500-kilometre pipeline network, bringing water closer to households across the county.
