Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton said Africa "deserves to have a grand prix" as Formula 1 returns to the continent with a 10-year deal in Rwanda from the early 2030s.
The seven-time world champion addressed human rights concerns at a press conference ahead of the United States Grand Prix on Thursday.
