18-year-old Grade 10 student Collins Onyango Otonde was assaulted and killed in Ndigwa, Rarieda, Siaya County, after being accused of stealing Sh1,000 from his mother.
His body was found dumped in an unfinished swimming pool.
His mother and two men have been named as suspects and are at large as police investigate. #Siaya
